Is Rejuran good for improving enlarged pores and uneven skin texture on the entire cheek?

Perhaps due to the weather lately, even when I apply a generous amount of skincare, my pores appear prominent all over my cheeks, as shown in the attached photo, and my skin feels rough and flaky. Consequently, my makeup doesn't seem to sit well on the surface. I want to address my skin barrier and hydration issues, and since I heard that the Rejuran procedure is the most effective solution, after much consideration, I am thinking of getting it done. 

I am looking for a dermatology clinic near Gangnam, and I am wondering if getting Rejuran injections would effectively smooth the skin texture and tighten the skin surface, especially for those like me who are concerned about enlarged pores on their cheeks and rough skin texture. 

Also, I would appreciate it if those who have visited could leave honest reviews regarding whether the injection is quite painful, the resulting bumps or how long the effects of Rejuran usually last!
