My skin is severely dry from the inside due to the late autumn heater air. Would it be okay if I received a skin booster?

My skin has gone crazy lately since the office heater was on. My cheeks and jawline feel incredibly tight and dry, but strangely, only my T-zone and around my nose are shiny with oil just sitting on the surface. My skin has become typically rough, so my makeup cakes, and the internal dryness makes my fine lines and pores look much more prominent.

I am looking into Skin Botox to replenish moisture and balance the oil and moisture levels in my butterfly zone and pores. Since the heat from heaters makes my overall facial lines look less elastic, I would like to combine Skin Booster treatment with a lifting procedure to improve pores and firmly tighten my facial contours.

Would it be safe to have Skin Botox and lifting procedures like Ulthera, Oligio, or Skin Aura done on the same day? Or would it be better to replenish moisture with Skin Botox first and then receive the lifting procedures sequentially? I would appreciate advice from anyone who has experience with treatment combinations that address internal dryness and improve skin elasticity in late autumn!
