I have internal dryness where the skin on my cheeks and the sides of my chin is flaking. Which is better, Libby Heal Shining or Celé Diem?

Since the beginning of November, the area below my cheeks and the sides of my chin have been feeling tight all day long. Even after applying cream, dead skin cells start to flake by the afternoon, causing my makeup to look patchy. I feel like home care alone has its limits, so I am looking into skin boosters, but I am debating between Livy Heal Shining and Celle Diem.
These are the advantages I compiled while looking through reviews.
① Since Liviheal Shining is a hyaluronic acid-based treatment, it focuses on addressing inner dryness and adding radiance, and there were many reviews stating that the hydration was immediately noticeable a few days after the injection.
② There were reviews stating that Celle Diem has small particles, so it causes less pain and pressure on the skin, and that the tightness decreased starting from about 5 days without applying anything.
③ They said that the embossing and redness in both usually subsided by the same day or the next day.
Instead, there was a lot of talk that bruises can last for a few days depending on the person, and that the effects build up if you get them done multiple times with intervals between sessions rather than just once.
So I’d like to ask you.
① If you have skin so dry that dead skin cells flake off, which of the two is a better fit?
② How many times and at what intervals are you usually received?
③ When can I start using exfoliating or peeling products after the procedure?
