I tend to drink a lot of coffee every day; should I be careful about that when getting a skin booster?
This question might seem a bit random, but I drink a lot of coffee haha. Two or three cups of Americano a day is the minimum, and on busy days, I sometimes drink even more.
While looking into getting a skin booster, I realized that regular hydration is also important for skin condition.
I tend to drink only coffee and don't drink much water, so is it necessary to mention this lifestyle habit during the consultation?
I don't plan on suddenly drinking several liters of water a day just because I'm getting a skin booster, but I do think it would be a good idea to make sure I drink a little more than usual haha.
For those of you who drink a lot of coffee like me, were you also satisfied with the skin booster's effects?
I'm worried that if I just get the procedure done and keep my lifestyle the same, the dry feeling might return quickly.
I am thinking of trying to develop a habit of drinking water, using the skin booster as an opportunity.
I think I could actually put it into practice if I kept a large tumbler at the office and split the drinking between the morning and afternoon lol
For those who changed their lifestyle habits, such as sleep or hydration, along with their skincare routine, wasn't it actually difficult to maintain?
I get tired easily when trying to manage things perfectly, so I want to keep things at a level where I can sustain both the procedures and my daily life for a long time.
