Would it be helpful to record my skin condition before the skin booster consultation?
I'm planning to get a consultation for a skin booster for the first time, but I'm the type of person who forgets half of what I was curious about whenever I go to the doctor lol.
So I am thinking of recording my skin condition a little in advance before I go.
Would it be helpful during the consultation if I simply noted down things like when my skin is driest, when my makeup starts to cake, and on which days my skin is sensitive?
My skin condition isn't the same every day, so if my skin happens to be good on the day of the consultation, I feel like my usual concerns won't be conveyed properly.
So I plan to take a few photos even on days when I'm not feeling well haha.
I think that when choosing a skin booster, discussing your recurring skin concerns rather than just your current condition would help you find the right direction.
I'm thinking of taking a picture of the list of skincare products I'm currently using and showing it to you, but I'm wondering if that might be too much haha.
Rather than searching for a specific skin booster name, I would like to prepare by accurately explaining what is bothering my skin.
For example, saying that your skin feels very tight, your makeup looks rough, or your skin easily becomes dull on days when you're not feeling well.
For those receiving counseling for the first time, what materials or questions did you find most useful when preparing them?
On the other hand, I think there might be some people who looked up too much information on the internet before going and actually found it harder to choose.
Please let me know if there are any essential questions I should ask during the first skin booster consultation.
