I keep getting blackheads, what kind of treatment...

I have tried cleansing and nose strips at home, and sometimes I even gently press them with a cotton swab, but they seem to disappear for a moment before reappearing quickly. The area around my nose is particularly noticeable when I wear makeup, so it bothers me a lot. I am trying to avoid touching them as much as possible these days because I am afraid forcibly squeezing them might enlarge my pores.
