Should I get treatment immediately when small red blemishes appear on my cheeks?

I am wondering if it is advisable to get skin care immediately when small red blemishes appear around my cheeks. They are not very large or severely inflamed acne, but even just one or two can make the surrounding skin look red, and sometimes marks can remain for a few days even after they subside. I would like to know if it is better to wait without touching these blemishes, or if receiving treatment in the early stages helps them calm down faster.

Especially during seasonal changes, skin can become more sensitive than usual, so I am a bit concerned about methods like indiscriminately squeezing or exfoliating. I am also curious whether soothing care is performed first when breakouts are red and inflamed, or if different methods are chosen depending on the state of inflammation.

When planning my first skincare treatment, is it better to visit on the day a breakout actually occurs, or should I wait until it has subsided somewhat before getting a consultation? Since my cheeks are an area where I am self-conscious about covering up red marks with makeup, I want to manage them while minimizing irritation. I would also like to know about lifestyle habits that can help reduce new breakouts.
