How should I manage small bumps on my cheeks when they become more visible after washing my face?

I am wondering what I should consider if the skin around my cheeks feels rougher than usual and small bumps are more visible immediately after washing my face. It is difficult to easily distinguish whether this is due to dead skin cells remaining on the skin or if it appears that way because the skin became dehydrated during cleansing. I wonder if I should wash my face more thoroughly, but I am cautious because rubbing for too long can cause redness.

Especially during the change of seasons, skin conditions fluctuate easily, making it confusing to distinguish whether small, millet-like bumps are actual blemishes or simply due to dryness. In such cases, would it be better to start by changing my cleansing products? Or would it be better to assess my skin condition first and then determine the necessary care plan?

I am also curious if it is possible to first distinguish whether the unevenness is caused by sebum or dead skin cells when receiving acne treatment. If extraction or peeling is not necessary, are there cases where treatments focused on moisturizing or soothing are recommended? I would like to know how to manage my skin while minimizing stress, rather than simply washing my face thoroughly.

세안 후 요철이 잘 보일 때 관리가 궁금해요.
보습과 진정 케어를 병행하면 도움이 된다고 하네요.
