Do I have to extract all the small millet seeds on my cheeks as well?

I am curious about the criteria dermatologists use to decide whether to extract bumps that look like small millet seeds around my cheeks. Unlike large, red acne, it is difficult to determine whether these small granules, which are similar in color to my skin, require extraction or if they might improve naturally over time.

I am worried that squeezing it out or touching it with my hands at home might leave marks.

However, I am also wondering if leaving it alone might cause the sebum to continue accumulating inside and make the breakouts worse. Are there cases where I can expect improvement by managing my pores or using products suitable for my skin condition, without having to extract the pores?

When receiving acne treatment for the first time, I would like to know if it is possible to selectively treat only the areas requiring extraction, rather than removing all current breakouts. I am particularly concerned about red marks remaining on my cheeks after irritation, so I would like a method that is as gentle on my skin as possible. I would also like to consult on what kind of home care is best to prevent new bumps from recurring after the procedure.
