Is it effective for treating acne, even on sensitive cheeks that redden easily?

I want to get acne treatment because I have recurring small breakouts on my cheeks, but I am hesitant because my skin tends to redden easily. If I wash my face for a little too long or use exfoliating products, the area around my cheeks turns red quickly, and on days when I am not feeling well, even my usual skincare products sometimes feel stinging. Even though I want to manage my breakouts, I am worried that harsh procedures might actually make my skin even more sensitive.

Can I expect effective acne treatment even on such sensitive skin? I am also wondering if it is necessary to check the skin barrier or the current level of redness before starting treatment. I would like to know if soothing care is sometimes performed first rather than extraction or peeling when the skin is sensitive.

If I receive acne treatment, can the intensity or frequency of treatment be adjusted while monitoring my skin's reaction?

I would also like to know in advance if there is a possibility that my skin may become drier or redder after the procedure. Rather than trying to get rid of breakouts quickly right away, I want to manage my skin using methods that are less burdensome. I would also like to consult about home care methods to be careful of after the procedure.
