Will the acne treatment also help with enlarged pores and small blemishes?

I am concerned about the noticeable pores around my cheeks, and since small breakouts sometimes appear in between them, I am looking into acne treatments. My skin does not tend to get multiple large pimples, but when I look at the inner part of my cheeks, I can see fine pores along with small sebum plugs and whiteheads, making my skin texture feel uneven. I am wondering if enlarged pores and acne are related issues, or if they require different management methods.

Can I expect acne treatment to be effective even on this type of skin? I would like to know if managing sebum and comedones through acne treatment can lead to an overall improvement in skin texture, making it look a bit smoother. However, since I suspect that separate procedures to manage pore size might be necessary, I am wondering what the appropriate order of treatment would be.

I would like to know if it is better to treat acne first and manage pores once the breakouts have stabilized, or if it is possible to address both concerns simultaneously depending on my skin condition. Rather than undergoing multiple procedures right from the start, I would like to begin with the most necessary care step by step. I would like to receive advice on how to manage my skin while minimizing irritation.
