Late autumn chin acne. How should I prepare my skin condition before a consultation?
Perhaps because it is late autumn, acne keeps popping up around my chin, so I am considering getting a consultation for a procedure. I have been consistently cleansing and moisturizing, but my condition hasn't improved much, so lately I'm wondering if there might be lifestyle issues as well. Is there anything I should organize in advance before the consultation? Right now, I can think of the duration of product usage, moments when my skin became red or stinging, and changes in my sleep and diet. I am also curious about the order in which laser or medication treatments are administered if I am receiving them together. If anyone has resolved similar concerns, I would love to hear about your experiences. Thank you. In particular, since my skin is fine during the day but gets severe breakouts in the evening, keeping a record of my skin condition by time of day might be helpful. I would also like to know in advance the difference between the care direction recommended by the clinic and the care I should do at home.
