Pore consultation: How are the causes related to sebum, scars, and elasticity distinguished?

Hello. I am a 35-year-old woman concerned about acne, enlarged pores, and fine lines. I am curious whether pore care methods are determined based solely on size during a consultation, or if sebum secretion, acne scars, and the elasticity of the surrounding skin are also assessed separately. I would like to know the criteria, as I believe the direction of the consultation would differ even for similarly pitted areas if the underlying causes are different.

Are the criteria checked different for pores around the nose compared to those on the cheeks? I would appreciate it if you could explain how to distinguish pore openings from scars when examining the skin in person, and also tell me about aspects that are difficult to judge based on photos alone. The attached image is for reference only for the consultation question and does not represent data showing the before and after effects of a specific procedure.

I would also like to inquire if there are any conditions that need to be checked before pore management, given the presence of acne. Rather than pre-selecting between sebum control and elasticity care, I would like to be informed of the priorities based on the examination results. Could you please provide guidance on the specific items to be checked during the initial consultation and the criteria for comparing subsequent progress? I would like to understand the evaluation process tailored to my concerns before deciding on the name or number of procedures.
