I keep getting breakouts on my chin, but I don't know what kind of treatment to start with.
Hello. I am an office worker in my late 30s.
Lately, small blemishes keep popping up along my jawline. Just as one subsides, another one appears right next to it. I'm posting a photo.
My skin is dry, so I apply a thick layer of cream, but I'm confused if that is actually causing breakouts.
In this case, I am wondering if it is appropriate to receive extraction or soothing care first, or if I should see a different procedure first.
I tend to have redness, so I'm worried about harsh treatments.
I think I can go about once a week while working. I’d like to know if that’s okay, and how often people usually go.
Please let me know if there is anything I should change regarding my facial cleansing or moisturizing routine at home. I'll be waiting for your reply.

- 01CommentsRather than immediately assuming that applying a thick layer of moisturizer was the cause, it would be helpful for the consultation to organize the products used, the amounts, and when the breakout occurred. Please also mention in advance that you have redness and ask to be guided to distinguish between areas requiring extraction and those that require soothing as a priority. Given that you are available for weekly visits, it would be good to ask when a mid-term check-up can be scheduled.170026.10.29
- 02CommentsIt would be difficult to determine the required number of sessions from the start, as it varies depending on the level of inflammation, the presence of scars, and management goals. It would make comparisons easier if you asked about the timing of the interim evaluation and the criteria for modifying the plan during the consultation.220026.10.28

- 01CommentsI'm also stressed because I keep getting acne, but it seems like getting laser treatments consistently is important. I think it will get better after receiving more than 10 sessions.1960026.10.26
- 02CommentsI imagine you are really curious if you can manage both blackheads and acne at the same time. It would be a good idea to consult with them to see if they can be treated together after assessing your skin condition.530026.10.25
- 03CommentsI get breakouts on my chin before and after my period exactly the same way, so it really feels like I'm on the same page. During your consultation, please ask about the best order to manage the current inflammation and remaining marks, as well as available time slots after work!1120026.10.25
- 01CommentsThe recovery period after acne treatment may vary slightly depending on the type of procedure. In most cases, it does not significantly interfere with daily life, so you do not need to worry too much.750026.09.28

- 03CommentsIf anesthesia is used, the duration is quite long. The procedure itself usually seems to be over in about 10 minutes.1340026.09.29
