Do you recommend Skin Botox for fine lines and enlarged pores in the butterfly zone?

As I entered my 30s, shallow fine lines began to appear around my eyes and mouth, and I am particularly concerned because I can see the pores in the butterfly zone next to my nose visibly stretching vertically. I was worried because my makeup kept creasing and looked dry and dull, so I came across reviews stating that Skin Botox (Dermotox), which is injected generally into the shallow layers of the skin rather than into specific areas, is effective for shrinking pores and improving fine wrinkles.

I am wondering if I can actually see the effect of my skin becoming shiny and smooth after receiving Skin Botox, unlike regular jawline injections. My skin is somewhat thin and sensitive, so I would like to know how painful it is when injections are administered across the entire face, and also the downtime period to see if the bumps or redness that appear immediately after the procedure subside quickly enough to allow me to go to work.
