Will Botox be effective for frown lines?

I have two very deep wrinkles between my eyebrows.

I think the cause was that I always frowned while looking at the screen because my job required me to constantly look at a computer while having poor eyesight.

It took such a long time for this to form; the wrinkles that used to only appear when I frowned have now grown so thick that they are visible even when I am just standing still with a blank expression.
