For my first Botox consultation, how can I get the product name and dosage recorded?
I am interested in Botox and am looking into an initial consultation at Maypure. Since I have no prior experience with the procedure, I am wondering what details I should record to use for future consultations if I decide to proceed. Rather than just comparing products or prices, I would like to first ask if I can accurately verify the details of the consultation and procedure later on.
Can I receive the product names used, the date of the procedure, and the injection volume for each area via a separate notice during the consultation or after the procedure? I would also like to know the scope of photos or medical records I can access. To avoid comparing different products using the same standard based solely on volume figures, I would appreciate it if you could let me know what units and descriptions I should check alongside the numbers.
I would like to know if the next consultation is scheduled based on a fixed number of months following the first procedure, or if it is adjusted based on the recovery of facial movements and the degree of discomfort. I would also like to know when I should check my progress rather than deciding on an additional procedure immediately if I feel the changes are less than expected. Please also inform me what records are required if I have a history of receiving treatments elsewhere.
