When can I check the initial Botox consultation, instructions, and consent form?

I am looking into a Botox consultation at Maypure. Since I have never had the procedure before, I would like to know not only about the effectiveness and price but also the process of receiving explanations and obtaining consent beforehand. I am wondering if I will see the consent form for the first time on the day of the consultation, or if I can receive and read a general information sheet before my visit.
Before deciding on the procedure, could I be explained the expected changes, potential discomfort, and other options individually? If multiple areas are being discussed together, I would also like to know how the proposed scope is categorized and written in the consent form. If I do not understand any of the terms written in the document, I would like to ask the medical staff if I have time to verify the contents before signing.
I would like to know if I can review the guidance at home and make a decision on another day instead of proceeding immediately after the consultation.
