Are there any treatments that can be used on sensitive skin?

Because I have sensitive skin, I always have a hard time choosing a treatment.

I am the type that gets red and breaks out easily even with the slightest stimulation.

I'm wondering if there's a good treatment for sensitive skin.

Are there any lasers or treatments that are relatively safe for sensitive skin?

If you have received it yourself, could you recommend it based on sensitive skin?
