I diet by walking 10,000 steps

I've been walking 10,000 steps every day for 8 years.

I lost weight so fast that I wish I could lose weight again.

About 7~8 kilos

Most people fall out within 3 to 6 months of starting.

It's hard to form a habit, but now I'm addicted to it and it feels strange not to go for a walk, rain or shine.
