요즘에 두피 앰플 많이 쓰더라고요 판토딜 앰플 저도 알아보고 있어요
My scalp is very sensitive, so I'm looking at the ingredients in scalp care ampoules. What kind of products do you all use?
I just came back from my first Pilates class today... and my whole body aches already. I don't know if I'll be able to wake up tomorrow morning. It's almost 6 p.m., and it's already getting dark outside. I'm exhausted, and the air inside is so dry. Besides the aching, my scalp has been itching and burning lately, which is incredibly worrying. It seems especially important to carefully consider the ingredients in scalp care ampoules and manage them accordingly. I'd like to hear some expert opinions.
Looking at the ingredient lists of scalp care ampoules I'm analyzing right now, they mostly have high levels of dexpanthenol and salicylic acid, but I'm worried that these ingredients might actually irritate my sensitive skin barrier during the winter. I'm so timid and anxious, so it takes me a long time to choose a single product... I believe that the combination of ingredients is most important for the scalp, just like basic cosmetics. Would something with a formula that contains peptides or ceramides, which are excellent for soothing, be better?
Can you recommend a scalp care ampoule that won't irritate your scalp, even under dry air and hot heaters? I've heard biotin is good for strengthening hair roots, but I'm not sure how it would work on my oily, red, and sensitive scalp, so I'm hesitant to buy one. If you know of any scalp care ampoules that have proven effective through actual ingredient analysis, please share them with us. I hope you all have a relaxing evening.
