I'm considering an acne treatment. How effective is it?

I've been getting so many breakouts on my skin since I started taking off my mask lately, so I'm considering getting an acne treatment.
Even though I search for information on acne treatments on YouTube and blogs, there are so many ads that it is hard to make a decision.
By any chance, has anyone on this community board recently received an acne treatment?
I am posting this because I am wondering if an acne treatment package that includes extraction is more cost-effective.
