Does a pore treatment definitely make your skin apply makeup well?

Every summer, I sigh whenever I look in the mirror because of the enlarged pores on my butterfly zone. I really want to get rid of these holes that even primer can't cover, so I am seriously considering pore treatments.

I've looked into the benefits of pore treatments, noting that they tighten the skin texture to make makeup apply flawlessly. I'm curious to know what the actual results are like. I can tolerate the temporary redness after the procedure, but do you really feel your pores tightening? There are so many types of pore treatments that I'm completely lost on which one would be most effective for my skin type. If you have any recommendations for treatments like Potenza or Aqua Peel that you were highly satisfied with, please let me know. I desperately want to escape this "orange peel" skin full of holes! Please help me!
