I am curious about who should be recommended for anti-aging procedures for someone in their late 30s.

As I enter the latter half of this year, whenever I look in the mirror, the fine lines around my eyes and nasolabial folds look much deeper than before, and I feel like they are sagging slightly.

I feel like there is a limit to what I can achieve even with good cosmetics, so I am thinking of seeking help from a dermatologist. However, there are so many types these days that I feel overwhelmed about which one to choose.

People around me say that the earlier you start, the better. Would someone like me, with thin skin and wrinkles just starting to form, be a suitable candidate for anti-aging treatments? It is still a bit ambiguous to call it full-blown aging, but I am wondering if it is okay to receive anti-aging treatments as a preventative measure. I am also worried that if I push myself too hard, I might experience side effects like hollowing out my cheeks. If anyone has started anti-aging treatments with similar concerns, I would appreciate your honest opinions and advice on what kind of care I should start with.
