Does the nose pore treatment tend to take a long time?

Whenever I look closely in the mirror, the enlarged pores around my nose and butterfly zone, resembling an orange peel, are so clearly visible that I have to apply primer every time I do my makeup. I am worried that my pores will stretch even more as the weather gets warmer and sebum production increases, so I am considering getting a pore treatment at a dermatology clinic. Since I work full-time, it is difficult to set aside time during the week, so I would like to utilize my lunch break or right after work. I am curious about the approximate duration of the procedure, from the application of numbing cream to the actual treatment using the machine. Ideally, it would be finished within an hour, but I only want to know the time spent on the actual treatment, excluding any waiting time at the clinic. Also, if you could let me know if my face becomes very red immediately afterward, it would be a huge help in scheduling.
