Lately, as I get older, I'm experiencing hair loss and my hair is getting thinner.

So I'm having second thoughts about hair loss treatment, and the problem is my crown and forehead. As for the crown, it looks white when I part my hair, and it looks even worse when the bathroom light is on.

As for my forehead, I've lost a lot of my fine hairs. I used to have so many that my forehead just looked a bit narrow, but I guess you can't hide your age. So I'm considering hair loss treatment, and I'm curious about the effectiveness, cost, pain, and treatment duration.
