I have been so busy with childcare lately that I haven't had a moment to take care of myself. However, recently, my hair loss has become so severe that the drain gets clogged every time I wash it, and the stress is overwhelming. I have tried doing scalp gua sha massages whenever I have a spare moment and have tried every shampoo that is said to be good, but it seems to have reached a level that is simply beyond what home care can handle. Since prices seem to vary so much from hospital to clinic, I think I need to research the costs thoroughly beforehand to stay within my budget.
