Many people still get filler treatments, right?

I've always been self-conscious about having a long midface, but it feels like it's getting even longer as I get older. They say beauty standards change with the times, but a long midface always feels unattractive... I'm thinking of trying to compensate by creating some aegyo-sal (under-eye bags).
