I'm sharing a few habits I started to improve my skin haha.

I used to think that simply using expensive cosmetics would improve my skin, but lately I’ve realized that lifestyle habits are more important. So, I have a few habits that I consistently stick to on my own.

The first is changing your pillowcase frequently. Honestly, I used to be lazy and tend to use the same ones for a long time, but I started paying attention to it after I began getting frequent skin breakouts. It turned out to be surprisingly important.

The second tip is to reduce the habit of touching your face! I used to tend to rest my chin on my hand or touch my face often when thinking, but since I consciously cut back on it, I feel like I have fewer breakouts.

And even when I don't go out, I try to make sure to apply sunscreen as much as possible. In the past, I didn't apply it when just stepping out briefly in front of the house, but lately, it has become a habit.

Lastly, I feel that stress management is actually quite important. Whenever I'm under a lot of stress, my skin always seems to become sensitive as well. So these days, I'm trying to take time to go for walks or rest, even if just for a short while.
