Let's share the small habits I started to improve my skin.

In the past, I used to think that I absolutely had to use expensive cosmetics to improve my skin. There was a time when I bought all sorts of famous products and followed suit to purchase every new release that came out, but in the end, what helped my skin the most was my lifestyle habits.

What I care about most is hand hygiene. I realized I have a habit of touching my face more than I thought, so I find myself unconsciously touching my chin and cheeks. ㅠㅠ So these days, when I come home from going out, I wash my hands first, and I am trying my best to minimize touching my face for no reason.

Also, I tend to wipe my phone screen frequently. It’s something that touches my face directly, but surprisingly, I found myself neglecting to take good care of it. Once I started paying attention to it, I felt inexplicably at ease, so these days I wipe it out of habit lol.

I am also trying to replace my towels more often than before. I feel uneasy using the same towel for drying my face for a long time, so these days I try to keep it as clean as possible. They may seem trivial, but I think these small habits add up to make a difference.

I don't have a fancy routine, but just reducing the factors that irritate my skin has made it feel much more comfortable. In the end, it seems the saying that consistency is the answer for good skin is true haha.
