I tend to pay quite a bit of attention to what I eat when taking care of my skin.

I used to think that applying products was the only important thing in skincare, but lately I’ve realized that what you eat really can’t be ignored either. I can feel my skin condition changing depending on my diet, even when using the same cosmetics.

In particular, my skin tends to react immediately the day after eating spicy or greasy food. If I eat spicy or greasy food and go to bed late, my face gets really puffy the next day, and my skin feels like it has become sensitive.

So, I don't eat strictly healthy food, but I try to eat as balanced a diet as possible on a daily basis. I make sure to include fruit and protein in my meals, and I consciously drink water frequently. I used to barely drink water, but these days I always keep a tumbler on my desk haha.

Also, I feel like my skin gets dry when I drink too much coffee, so I've cut back compared to before. It's not easy, but I'm trying to control how much I drink each day lol.

I feel like skincare isn't just a matter of cosmetics but is connected to my entire lifestyle, so these days I'm trying to take care of my body as well. I definitely feel that taking care of things from the inside out is important.
