I think consistency is ultimately the most important thing in skincare.
For a while, I bought a ton of all sorts of famous products because I wanted my skin to improve.
But actually, as I kept switching products, my skin became more sensitive and breakouts started happening more frequently.
So these days, I am trying not to be greedy and just consistently doing the basics.
I feel like my skin condition is changing quite a bit just by washing my face thoroughly, moisturizing, and protecting myself from UV rays.
In particular, since my skin gets dry and rough immediately if I don't get enough sleep, I am trying to make sure I get enough sleep as much as possible.
No matter how good the cosmetics you use are, if your lifestyle habits fall apart, it seems to show immediately.
In the past, I tried to see results in a short period, but now I think it is more appropriate to manage things slowly and steadily.
I am gradually realizing that skin doesn't change overnight.
