When I think about why my skin condition has stabilized so much lately compared to before, I realize that my lifestyle habits have the biggest impact. In the past, I used to go to bed late, don't drink enough water, and reach for instant food whenever I was tired; my skin would react immediately whenever I did that. I used to get frequent breakouts, especially on my chin and cheeks. However, recently, since I started getting at least a little bit of sleep and drinking water often, my skin condition has improved quite a bit. I’m realizing more and more that while skincare products are important, if your basic lifestyle patterns fall apart, your skin suffers along with them. These days, looking good with good skin is more important than makeup, so I’m focusing on gentle skincare. Do you all have any habits you practice to improve your skin?
