I'm really worried because my melasma is getting darker even in late autumn.

I thought my melasma would fade a little now that summer is over and autumn has arrived, but lately, it seems to be getting more noticeable on my cheeks and around my eyes.

Since it is late autumn, my skin has become dry and rough, so perhaps that is why my freckles seem to be more noticeable.

Once melasma appears, it is very difficult to manage, and since I am frequently exposed to sunlight due to the nature of my job, I am worried it might recur.

I feel like I'm really hesitant to start the procedure right away.

Has anyone started managing their melasma in late autumn? I'm really curious whether home care alone can lead to improvement, or if it would be better to combine it with dermatological treatments to see definite results.

Or, I'm looking into laser treatments for now, and I'm curious about collagen toning!

If I were to get collagen toning treatment, how many sessions would I need to see a noticeable change?

Also, what kind of consistent care should I do after the procedure to prevent recurrence and the appearance of melasma?

I feel so envious of people with skin free of blemishes and dark spots.

I want to maintain clear skin.

늦가을에도 기미가 짙어지다보니 너무 고민이네요..
