I have a severe double chin. Approximately how long does a double chin lift last?

I ate delicious food all winter because it was cold and didn't exercise at all, so my weight is exactly the same, but my face has gotten completely puffy like a full moon ㅠㅠ. Even if I just tilt my head down slightly, my double chin folds in two, so I was shocked when I saw a photo my friend took from below and am planning to go to the dermatologist right away to pay for it lol. I think getting just a little bit of contouring injections won't be enough, so I'm going to get them to tighten it up completely with a machine. Double chin lifting I'm seriously looking into it!
