💛 Would a double chin lift be effective for someone like me?

Hello~^^
I've had a bit of fat on my double chin since high school. It was a complex for me.
It's not like I have a lot of fat on my face, but strangely, only the area under my chin is slightly sagging.
My double chin looks puffy ㅠㅠ So my jawline It felt like it was less sharp, too.
I'm stressed because my double chin looks more prominent when I lower my head or take a side profile photo.
I've tried receiving treatments at massage shops in the Incheon area, and also at home.
I've tried home care but haven't seen any noticeable changes, so I'm looking into double chin lifting procedures!
But I'm even more confused because I heard the recommended procedure differs depending on whether the cause of the double chin is fat or skin elasticity.
Would the lifting effect be good even for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of fat overall but is only concerned about the area under the chin?
Or I'm wondering if a different procedure might be a better fit than a double chin lift in this case.
If I get the procedure, will I really feel like my double chin area gets smoother...?
