Also, while the effects of Shurink Universe are generally considered to last about 3 to 6 months, I would like to know if the maintenance feels significantly different when done just once compared to doing it 2 to 3 times consecutively at one-month intervals. Rather than doing a large session all at once once a year, I think a pattern of receiving Shurink Universe 1 to 2 times every 6 months to a year would be better.
