There are so many lifting procedures that it's confusing… I just want to know exactly how ultrasound, radiofrequency, and thread lifting differ haha

As my friends talk about the lifting procedures they've been getting one by one, the sheer number of names like ultrasound, radio frequency, and thread lifting has made things a bit confusing. Haha. I'm still a bit hesitant about the feeling of surgery involving inserting something, so even though I'm focusing mainly on non-surgical lifting procedures, I still can't really tell the difference. So, rather than trying to understand everything at once, I just want to know how ultrasound, radio frequency, and thread lifting feel different.

I’ve heard that thread lifting, as the name suggests, involves inserting dissolvable threads to physically pull the skin up; while the effects are visible immediately, there may be downtime such as bruising and swelling. I’ve also heard that ultrasound lifting sends energy to the deep layers of the skin to create an overall lift, while radio frequency lifting warms the layers near the skin to manage elasticity and fine sagging. I prefer the type where the results improve gradually over a few months rather than seeing dramatic, immediate changes. Considering these factors, I would like to get a brief opinion on which type is less daunting for someone undergoing a lifting procedure for the first time, and given the degree of sagging I have, which one would be best to start with among ultrasound, radio frequency, and thread lifting.
