Who would be recommended for a lifting procedure as a preventative measure in their early 20s?

Hello! I am a beauty beginner and a college student who just turned twenty-two this year. Honestly, when I look in the mirror, I don't feel like my face is sagging at all, like with jowls or a double chin, and I've always prided myself on having pretty good skin elasticity.

But lately, when I watch Instagram Shorts or beauty YouTubers' vlogs, I see that even influencers in their early 20s—the same age as me—are going to dermatologists regularly to get treatments like Shurink or InMode. They all scare you by saying that lifting your skin after it starts sagging costs millions of won, so you need to start investing in prevention early in your 20s so you don't regret it after you turn 30. Hearing that, I suddenly felt a surge of anxiety, wondering if I should start taking care of my skin now while my jawline is still defined.

So, I'm wondering, do I really need to go to a dermatologist and get a lifting procedure when I'm in my early 20s and don't have any visible loss of elasticity or sagging skin yet? I've heard it can be quite irritating, so I'm worried it might actually be harsh on my healthy skin. If I do get it, I have absolutely no idea if it's effective for someone as young as me, or if it's only for people with really thick chins or cheeks. I really need honest advice from beauty experts on who exactly is recommended to get a lifting procedure as a preventative measure like this! Would it be worth saving up my part-time job earnings to pay for that expensive procedure? Please let me know 🥺
