There are so many names for lifting procedures... I would like to simply know the differences between ultrasound, radiofrequency, and thread lifting.

As my friends share their experiences one by one while getting lifting procedures, I hear terms like ultrasound, radio frequency, and thread lifting so frequently that it makes my head feel quite cluttered. I am still a bit hesitant about procedures that involve inserting something, and while I would like to start with equipment-based treatments, I don't really understand how each one feels different. Therefore, rather than explanations of complex principles, I would like to know the types of lifting procedures and their differences organized from a perspective suitable for the average person.

As I understand it, thread lifting involves inserting dissolvable threads to physically pull the skin up, so while it provides immediate results, you must tolerate some bruising and swelling. I’ve heard that ultrasound lifting feels like tightening the entire face from the inside, helping to evenly improve elasticity, while radio frequency lifting is often used to reduce fat and firm the skin. My face isn't severely sagging, but my facial contours feel slightly spread out, so I think it would be best to start with equipment-based procedures like radio frequency or ultrasound lifting. Based on my current facial condition, I would like to clarify during the consultation which combination of lifting procedures would be the least burdensome and offer decent results.
