I am curious about lifting procedures, but I want to know about the effectiveness and how long the results last.

When I look in the mirror, my facial contours seem to have sagged slightly compared to before, so I am considering a lifting procedure. Since there are so many types, ranging from thread lifting to ultrasound and radiofrequency lifting using equipment, I would like to know first how long the effects of the procedure last. I hear a lot of talk from people around me saying things like, "It definitely looks good for a few months after the procedure," or "It starts sagging again after a year."

From what I’ve heard, non-surgical lifting procedures usually show a tightening sensation immediately after the procedure or within a few weeks, and the facial contours naturally refine starting around three months later as new collagen is produced. The duration of the effects varies depending on the type of procedure; I’ve heard that radiofrequency and ultrasound lifting methods typically last about 6 months to a year, while thread lifting can last nearly a year—or even longer, sometimes over a year and a half—depending on the type of thread used. Since I don't want to repeat major procedures too frequently, I would like to choose a realistic lifting procedure initially with a target duration of about 6 months to a year. Based on my current degree of sagging, I would like to consult with a specialist to determine which combination of lifting procedures offers the best balance of effectiveness and duration.
