I would like to know the types of people recommended for lifting procedures.

Hello. I am an office worker in my mid-30s who is concerned because I have recently noticed a rapid decline in facial elasticity. As my facial lines are sagging, my complexion looks dull, and I look much older than my actual age, so I am planning to start serious skincare. Since there are so many types of equipment on the market, I am writing this post to ask for advice because I am unsure which treatment is right for my face type. I am curious about the criteria for recommending lifting procedures: whether people with thin, sagging skin and little facial volume can still see good results. I am terrified that if I receive a radio frequency or ultrasound-based lifting procedure incorrectly while I have such little flesh, my cheeks might sink even deeper, making my bones look skeletal and prominent. I am wondering if there is a specific lifting intensity or mode perfectly suited for my skin type, or if surgical treatments like thread lifting would be a better option in this case. If there are any people who have received lifting procedures regularly and safely, I would be very grateful if you could share some invaluable tips.
