[Inquiry] My skin has lost a lot of elasticity lately, so I'm considering a lifting procedure. Which would be a better fit for me, Shurink or InMode? Please give me a recommendation!
Hello! Lately, I’ve been incredibly stressed every time I look in the mirror, so I decided to leave a post on this community forum. I don't think it used to be like this, but ever since entering my mid-30s, I can see my facial contours sagging day by day. It’s especially upsetting when I wake up in the morning and look in the mirror; the sagging under my chin and those jowls make my face look bigger and older. Under the lights, my nasolabial folds seem deeper, and my skin feels sagging overall. No matter how good the cosmetics I use or how hard I massage with home care devices, it only seems to provide temporary relief; it doesn't seem to solve the fundamental sagging. So, I’ve finally decided that I need to seek the help of a professional lifting procedure!
Since I wanted to get proper results since I was going to do it anyway, I looked around and decided on Maypure because there were many reviews saying they use a fixed-price system, so there is no unnecessary treatment, and they provide meticulous care at reasonable prices. Looking at other people's reviews, I heard the directors are incredibly kind and recommend only the treatments that are perfectly suited to my skin condition, so I really trusted them. However, now that I’m actually looking into getting a lift, there are so many types that I’m having trouble deciding which one to start with. My skin currently lacks elasticity overall, so the skin is sagging, and I have a double chin and slight hollowness under my cheekbones. My skin thickness seems to be average—neither too thick nor too thin.
I've seen posts in the community that show Shurink and InMode are the most popular treatments, but I'm not sure which one would be more effective for my problem areas, so I'd like to ask a few questions!
1. For someone like me concerned about a sagging double chin and nasolabial folds, which procedure, Shurink or InMode, would provide more immediate results? Or would a combined procedure like Link-in-Mode, which involves both, be better?
2. I have slight hollowness under my cheekbones, so I am worried that getting a lifting procedure might worsen the hollowness. Is it possible to receive the procedure safely while avoiding the hollowed-out area?
3. I am wondering if it is usually possible to resume daily activities immediately after a lifting procedure! I have heard that InMode, in particular, has a downtime and that bruising or redness can last a long time. As a working professional who has to go to work, I am curious how long the bruising actually lasts.
4. When does the lifting effect usually start to become noticeable after the procedure? Also, how long does the effect last, and what is the optimal interval for regular treatments? I would love to hear firsthand advice from experienced Maypure members!
Since this is my first time getting a lifting treatment, I'm both excited and worried. If anyone has found their holy grail line at Maypure, please share all your tips in the comments! Thank you for reading this long post! Let's all get beautiful together at Maypure.
