What kind of lifting procedure is best for a case where there is no facial fat but only a severe double chin?
I have a small build and almost no fat on my cheeks or cheekbones, so I actually have a face shape where I worry about sunken cheeks. Strangely, however, fat is concentrated only under my chin, so it is a major concern that my double chin pops out even when I tilt my head down just slightly. I am looking into lifting procedures to smooth out my facial lines, but I am hesitant to make a decision because I am afraid that if I get the wrong procedure, I might lose more cheek fat and look like a skeleton. I would like recommendations for a Maypure procedure that can specifically target and eliminate the sagging fat under the chin and restore elasticity without the side effects of volume loss in other areas, just like I do. I have heard that the InMode FX mode is good for double chins, so I am wondering if it is possible to receive treatment intensively only under the chin while avoiding the cheek fat. Alternatively, would an ultrasound lifting procedure like Shurink be safer and more effective? I would appreciate your detailed advice.
