Is a lifting treatment effective for a double chin?
Lately, even when I tilt my head down just slightly, a distinct double chin becomes visible under my chin. After much deliberation, I am writing this inquiry. I am not particularly overweight, yet I have had a double chin for a long time. When viewed from the front, my face looks big, and I really look like a pig, so I am under a lot of stress. I am looking into effective treatments; which procedure would be most effective for my condition?
I searched online and found that there are various procedures effective for improving a double chin. I heard that lifting procedures are the most effective; is that correct? I am a bit worried about potential side effects, such as prolonged swelling or an unnatural appearance after the procedure.
Also, I am a bit sensitive to pain; is it possible to have the procedure done with anesthetic cream applied? Typically, how many treatment sessions would it take to feel the double chin significantly reduced?
