Is it possible to safely remove only the lower jaw without leaving hollows in the cheeks?
Lately, my double chin and sagging jawline have been bothering me, so I opened the clinic app and even went to the payment page to get an InMode treatment.
But right before I clicked the payment button, I suddenly remembered the reviews about InMode side effects, and my finger stopped dead in my tracks. Since InMode works by completely destroying fat cells, it is a surefire way to get rid of a double chin; however, there were many warnings that if you accidentally mess with your cheeks or the sides, you could lose weight so quickly that your face becomes peanut-shaped or your bone structure becomes exposed, leaving you looking like a skeleton.
I don't have a lot of facial fat compared to my body, so I just want to target the area under my chin and my jowls. However, I'm scared that if the doctor has bad technique during the laser treatment and burns off my cheek fat as well, I'll end up spending money only to look older.
If I tell the doctor to carefully design only the area under the chin, is it possible to safely remove only the lower jaw without leaving hollows in the cheeks?
