Are there any of you who were considering a lifting procedure because you were worried about sagging lower face?
I feel like my jawline is strangely sagging, so I'm looking into getting a lifting procedure.
I was about to go ahead and get a laser lift because I heard it was a surefire cure, but there were so many more stories about side effects than I expected that my fingers just froze.
My lower face lacks elasticity, but I don't have much fat on the sides of my cheeks below my cheekbones. I'm really scared that if they shoot the laser incorrectly to lift the sagging skin and burn off the fat on my cheeks too, causing them to sink in, my bones will stand out so prominently that I look 10 years older than I actually am, rather than having a defined jawline.
I've heard that once facial volume is lost, it's hard to restore it without fillers or fat grafting, so I'm worried that trying to get a lift might end up making things worse.
Are there any of you who, like me, don't have chubby cheeks but are concerned about sagging lower face and have been considering a lifting procedure?
