I'm thinking of getting Shurink Universe at a dermatology clinic in Gangnam. Is it painless? ㅠㅠ

I haven't gained any weight, but as I get older, my skin elasticity is dropping rapidly, causing my facial contours to sag and my double chin to fold in two ㅠㅠ.
