How do you all schedule your InMode treatments?

Hello members!! As the weather is gradually warming up, I’m one of those people getting the urge to start skincare again ㅠㅠ Lately, when I look in the mirror, my jawline seems to have gotten duller and the deep cheek area feels like it’s sagging heavily, so I’m seriously considering InMode. Actually, I tried it once before, but I stayed away for a while because I remembered it feeling tingly and hot. However, seeing all the posts in the community saying that nothing beats InMode for getting rid of cheek fat is seriously swaying my mind again haha.
I have a question. How often do you members usually get InMode treatments? It’s really confusing because every clinic gives slightly different advice. Some places say you need to get it done tightly three times in a row at two-week intervals for the best results and to ensure fat cells are completely destroyed, while others say it’s safer to leave a generous gap at one-month intervals because it can be harsh on the skin. Since my skin is a bit thin and sensitive, I’m honestly really scared that getting InMode too frequently might cause side effects like burns or hollowing out of the cheeks.
Also, there are two treatment modes: FX and Forma. I'm wondering if I absolutely have to receive both together to get the explosive synergy. I'm concerned about fat, but I also feel like my skin elasticity is decreasing as I get older, so I want to get both, but I also have to consider my budget haha. I'm really struggling to decide whether I should just pick one if getting both at once is too much of a burden, or if it's better to get both even if I have to space them out a bit.
If anyone here has been getting InMode treatments regularly recently, please share your personal tips or the optimal interval to avoid side effects!! Also, if you happen to know any ways to quickly reduce redness, bruising, or swelling after the procedure, I would be really grateful if you could let me know. The weather is getting too warm to wear turtlenecks anymore ㅠㅠ I'm planning to book an appointment this weekend, but I want to make my decision after hearing genuine reviews from you all.
