For those who have tried Density High, how long do the effects usually last?

Lately, every time I look in the mirror, I feel so depressed because the elasticity around my mouth and jawline seems to have sunk deep. My friends strongly recommended Density High as a radiofrequency lifting treatment, saying it really tightens the skin, so I'm searching for information on it right now.

It’s not a cheap procedure, so I have to really steel myself to pay for it each time. I would be so upset if the effects of Density-High wore off after only a few months. How many shots do I usually need to get to see noticeable changes that last?

I'm sure there are some of you on this site who have received this treatment, right? For those of you who have had Density-High treatment and it has been a few months, how long do the effects usually last, and is it worth getting it done periodically on an annual basis?
